Return & Refund Policy

At X-VOLTAGE™, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened beverage products are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and issue a replacement or refund if approved.


Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund

Once loss confirmation is received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
